The Cornwall Sustainable Waste Network Committee, wishes to engage the services of Earth Rights solicitors so they may start to get the Statement of Case ready for us, to help fight SITA's planning appeal, which is to be held in March 2010.

Prior to the commencement of any work, Earth Rights solicitors require the payment on account of £1000 (made payable to Earth Rights solicitors).
This payment will remain in CSWN's client account until work is invoiced at monthly intervals.

A broad indication of costs from Earth Rights solicitors is below. (This is why we need donations)

• Solicitor fees - £10,000 + VAT (including £1,000 retainer for services)
  *** We have raised the £1,000 retainer **** 
• Counsel fees - £10,000 + VAT
• Expert fees - £5,000 to £10,000 + VAT (Current Target)
